How to use our website

We want our website to be as user-friendly as possible, because we want all of you to be able to enjoy our Dutch goodies. That is why we have created this page. It illustrates in detail how to use our site. If you still have questions, please feel free to contact us.

Drop-Down Navigation

New to this design is our drop-down navigation menu. It is our aim to be able to send you to the information you want with as few clicks and backtracking as possible. This master menu of content, shown below, can be accessed from any page on our website and will speed you along quite quickly in you search for information.

How to use our Shopping Cart

Our site provides you with your personal shopping cart. Simply browse around the various categories on our website via the drop-down navigation or the links in the menu on the left.

You will then be taken to a specific product page. You will see the price excl. VAT, incl. VAT, in US$, and the total weight of the product. If you live outside Europe, the price excl. VAT applies to you. If you want to write a review about a certain product, you can click the 'write review' button. If you want to add the product to your shopping cart, please click the 'add to cart' button.

If you have added a product to your shopping cart, the website automatically takes you to the shopping cart page. If you want to continue shopping, please click the 'back' button. If you want to increase or decrease the quantity of a certain product, you can change that and click the 'update cart' button at the bottom of the page.

Create an Account / Log in

Once you are finished filling your cart to the brim with all those typically Dutch goodies, you will have to log in to an existing account, or create a new one. The process is very easy. Simply click the 'create account/log in' link in the top left menu. You can find this on every page. You will then be taken to this page:

If you are a new customer, then please click the 'continue' button and fill out your personal details. If you are an existing customer, please enter your email address and your password. Then click the 'sign in button'.

Payments

You can pay for your order in a variety of ways. But, first things first. Once you have created an account or logged in, you will be asked to select a shipping address. You can use the address you provided when you created your account, but you can also enter a new address by clicking the 'edit address' button.

Next, you will have to select a shipping method. All the available methods for your order are listed, sometimes there is only 1 option available.

You can enter a comment for us in the 'add comments about your order' field. When you're ready to continue, please click the 'continue' button.

Now we are at the 'Payment Information' screen. Here you can verify your billing address and select a payment method. Our available methods are:
- iDeal (for customers that have a Dutch bank account)
- Bank Transfer
- Credit Card

Please select the payment method you prefer and follow the instructions on your screen.

That's it! You have now completed your order. You will receive an order confirmation email.
