Bahmi Goreng

Ingredients
- 250 gram Eiermie (or noodles)
- 300 g pork or chicken
- 400g mixed vegetables
- 1 Conimex Bahmi Goreng Boemboe
- Kroepoek
- Ketjap Manis
Preparation
Boil the noodles without adding any salt. Cut the meat into cubes and stir fry until golden brown. Add the vegetables and fry for approx. 2 minutes. Add 50ml water and the Conimex Boemboe, stir thouroughly. Finally, add the noodles and mix it through. Serve with Kroepoek and Ketjap Manis. Serves 4.
