Potato and Pea Hotchpotch

Ingredients (4 persons):
1kg potatoes
1 pack of frozen peas
Chives
2 teaspoons olive oil extra vergine
100ml crème fraîche
½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
salt, pepper
Preperation:
-Boil the potatoes in a generous amount of water together with a bit of salt. Pour off and mash them.
-Boil the frozen peas for about 3 minutes in boiling water with a bit of salt. Chop the chives.
-Mix the olive oil, crème fraîche, mustard, salt, pepper and chopped chives through the mashed potatoes until it has reached a light texture, but not too soft. Scoop the peas through the hotchpotch
