Pancakes

qt Milk

tsp Salt

c Flour
You can also use ready to use mixes, which are available at our website.
Preparation:
Beat eggs to a froth; add milk and salt. Slowly stir in flour. Cook very thin layers on buttered griddle. Roll up with butter and brown sugar or serve with maple syrup.
Note: Pancakes are used for dinner or dessert in The Netherlands, and you can add various additional ingredients to add a bit more flavour, like bacon, cheese, apples, chocolate, jam and so on. We also like to use syrup and powdered sugar on our pancakes.
