Lange Vingers Pudding

Ingredients
1 pack Lange Vingers
2 dl fruitmelange juice
50 g custard powder
3/4 liter Halfvolle Melk (or regular milk)
50 g sugar
2 bags vanilla sugar
Preparation
Pour the juice into a deep bowl. Place the "lange vingers" in the juice and leave for approx. 5 minutes. Place approx. 12 "lange vingers" on the bottom of an oven dish (1 liter). Place the custard powder into a small cup and add 5 tablespoons of milk. Stir until smooth. Boil the rest of the milk and stir the sugar and vanilla sugar through it. When the milk is boiling, add the custard mixture and let it boil for about a minute. Pour the vanilla pudding over the "lange vingers" in the oven dish. Cover with foil and leave for approx. 1 hour. Then, place the pudding in the fridge for another hour. You can decorate the pudding by placing a few "lange vingers" on top. Serves 4.
